Marine Consultancy Limited are able to provide an expert witness (and dispute resolution) service ranging from a one-off report to court submissions and appearances. We are willing to be appointed by private individuals, legal representatives, companies, government organisations and to undertake instructions as 'Single Joint Expert' under the current Civil Procedure Rules.
